L ' hip hop n axes blacks in the ghettos New York in the seventies, creating a cultural movement that is mainly based on five elements: rap (talking in rhyme to the rhythm of musical beats), dancing (breaking, popping and locking, new school, bebop, etc..), the DJing (scratching, cutting, etc..), graffiti, clothing oversize. This culture infected Midtown Manhattan from the Bronx and immigrated to Los Angeles, creating a style specifically west coast, and then spread throughout the world.
