TEST: Garrett ACE 250 VS EURO faith gold

I first replaced the batteries, which had about 10 on the back working hours and therefore would no longer ensure optimal performance.
The tests were three in the air, on land and under the earth.
The first test, even if they are contrary to the test in the air because they are never true, gave results that I would have expected from an entry level metal detector while the other two, however, have confirmed the validity of this machine.

Metal Detectors ACE 250
Setting: All Metal
Sensitivity: Maximum
Target: gold ring - Weight 6g
Batteries: Duracell AA

New class 1) Review in Air

doubt signal fluctuating between 3 ° - 4 ° notch (ferrous metal - normally these signals are not excavated)
Maximum Distance (more than 75% of valid records): 5.5 cm (+1 cm gap)

2) Test leaning on Earth

doubt signal fluctuating between 1 ° -2 ° -3 ° notch (ferrous metals - also these signals are not usually dug)
Maximum Distance (more than 75% of valid records): 4.0 cm

3) Under Ground Test

doubt signal swinging between 1st and 2nd notch (ferrous)
maximum distance (at least 30% of valid records): 3.0/3.5 cm (oscillating)

conclusions of the test:
While noting the gold with a good depth in tests in air, with regard to the research were noted real good results but the identification is nevertheless totally wrong, in fact, as pointed out on the descriptions of tests, research in the oscillating signals and the first 2 / 3 marks do not ever dig.
So if you want to find gold with the ACE 250 vala the classic rule finder ... When in doubt always dig! some more digging is more!
