TALLINN - An Estonian citizen has found a treasure of over a thousand pieces of silverware to his government declared that the year yielded almost € 100,000.
"According to the Estonian law, a person finds and declares that an ancient treasure to the authorities is entitled to half of its value,"
Identity the lucky treasure hunter has not been made public.

The man made the discovery on August 16 last year while digging in a farmer's field near Tallinn.
The treasure, packed in a broken earthen pot, made up of 1,329 silver coins and nine other objects in silver.
